1. Overview
TruckBot ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by SDKA Prime LLC as a professional transportation management, trip tracking, expense logging, and IFTA estimation mobile application for commercial truck drivers, owner-operators, and fleet operators.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and financial data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and how it is secured.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: when you register or sign in via email or Google Account, we store your email address and authentication credentials securely for backup and multi-device synchronization.
- Trucking and Financial Logs: user-entered trip data (pickup/delivery locations, miles, rates, dispatcher fees) and expense data (fuel receipts, toll tickets, maintenance costs, gallons, states).
- Document Images & Scans: images or PDF documents of Rate Confirmations and receipts that you choose to upload for automated AI text recognition. Documents are processed securely in transit via HTTPS and are not shared with third parties or used for model training.
- App Performance Data: anonymous crash diagnostics to improve application stability.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To calculate trip revenue, rate per mile (RPM), net profit, and IFTA mileage/fuel tax estimates.
- To provide on-demand export of accounting reports (Excel XML / CSV) for your personal records or tax accountant.
- To synchronize your data securely across your devices when signed in.
- We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal, trip, or financial data to third-party advertisers, freight brokers, or data brokers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your primary database is stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database. When cloud backup is enabled, data is transmitted exclusively via industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption to secure Google Cloud infrastructure.
5. Data Deletion and User Rights
You have full control over your data at all times. You can delete individual trips or expenses, or clear your entire history directly within the application via Settings → Clear Data, or request account deletion by emailing [email protected].
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is directed strictly to commercial vehicle operators aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
